Emotions — everyone has them, yet they remain a mysterious and often intimidating aspect of being human. This is only because most people have never been educated as to what emotions are, how they function, and what their purpose is.

They are an integral part of your innate guidance system and directly linked to your creativity. Understanding their meaning, and acknowledging their value empowers you to make choices that are in alignment with your truest self. How would your life be different if you could decode the wisdom of your emotions?

Imagine feeling more confident, more connected, and able to flow with the moment. Imagine feeling vibrantly alive, expressing yourself fully, while still honoring the experience of others. Joie is just one of those people you have to meet sometime in your life, whether through this opportunity or another. I don't know a soul who's worked with her who hasn't been deeply changed in some way, myself included. She's full of compassion and wisdom and fun.
